Whate are the dues?
Annual dues have been reinstated. Membership dues are $100.00 and due on January 1st of each year. New members dues will be pro-rated on a quarterly basis.
What are the benefits of joining CASDA?
You will receive a 6% discount on your workers’ comp rates, CASDA will offer free training seminars, the CASDA website will have up to date news articles on safety issues, training and workers’ compensation. CASDA will sponsor free safety training seminars & classes.
How much will I save on my workers’ compensation rates?
A 6% discount.
What do I have to do to join the association?
Simply fill out the members application and conversion request form and mail or fax them to CASDA.
If I am currently insured with State Fund:
Will I still be insured with State Fund?
Yes, State Fund will still be your workers’ compensation insurance carrier.
Will my State Fund representative remain the same?
Yes, the policy is still handled by your agent or the local State Fund office. The association also has representatives in the Sacramento Group Program Department of State Fund who can assist you whenever necessary.
Will additional premium be required?
No, your premiums and deposit will be electronically moved to your new group policy.
